Ayurveda, the ancient science of wellness, is deeply woven into the fabric of Diwali, the festival of lights. Celebrating this auspicious occasion aligning with Ayurvedic principles can elevate the festivities, ensuring both joy and health for individuals. Ayurveda, encompassing aahar (diet), vihaar (lifestyle), and aachaar (conduct), serves as a guiding light for Diwali celebrations.


Aahar (Diet): Central to Ayurveda is the significance of the right diet. During Diwali, a plethora of delectable dishes inundates households. Choosing nutritious, sattvic (pure) foods not only gratifies the taste buds but also maintains balance in the body. Opt for homemade sweets using jaggery or natural sweeteners, avoiding excessive refined sugars.
